Daily Intentions

What is your intention for the day? 

It is important to set an intention for the day.  I am talking about values and qualities here.  Select a value  that you want to practice all day.  For example:  To be peaceful, calm, silent, cool, humble , gentle – etc.  After each interaction in the day check if you were able to keep your intention.  At the end of the day, check the entire day and see how successful you were and what needs to be adjusted.

  1. I hope you are all doing well with your daily intentions. Today, I choose to be calm internally and outwardly. Many I a time I am calm outwardly in an interaction but internally I am not so calm/cool. I want to match inner and outer – I might actually practice this the entire week.
