New Rules for Living

  1. Approval is a nice to have, but my self worth is NOT dependent on it.
  2. I am good enough,   I am worth while, I am strong.
  3. I am capable, my strength’s lie in different things, that others may not have.
  4. Perfection is not required all the time. It is a nice to have but it is not a necessity for every task.
  5. Learn to accept people as they are and learn to work with them as they are.  Adapt yourself to the others way of working.  This will create a peaceful interaction.
  6. Don’t expect everyone to be like you, everyone is unique.
  7. If you blame – point the finger, remember 3 fingers are pointing back at you.
  8. You can only change yourself.
  9. Fill your mind with thoughts of happiness.
  10. Write 10 things you are grateful for every day.
  11. See the benefit  in every situation even if it seems horrible.
  12. Be kind to yourself and others.
