What are you feeding your Mind?
They say fruit has the highest form of live energy for our bodies. Then it is sprouted beans. Then vegetables… and then then…
So what are you feeding your mind. It is important to feed the body to keep, it healthy. But, what are we feeding our mind ? What are we feeding our mind to keep it healthy?
Would you drink dirty, stale water. Would you eat rotten food ?
So, when we remind ourselves of the painful past – what are we feeding our mind ?
When we think how do we resolve this situation, and we know the other is not going to change – what are we doing to our thoughts and mind?
When feel down, depressed, what are running in screen of our mind?
Can you see what you think, impacts our mind. If we think negative things we poison our minds. The act of hurt was done, but we relive it, why ? Why are we feeding our mind dirty stagnant water? No wonder we are ill. I know it is not easy but honestly my friends what choice do you have Forgiveness -Why Forgive? History provides us with examples who have moved on.
So move on and become free. Feed your mind the right thoughts. A list of my other post you might like.

This is hard for me to explain but when we think about past experiences, especially negative ones, our brain acts in the same way as if we were actually living that moment. Our brain can’t really tell a difference from a memory to an experience that we’re living in the present. When we rethink of old situations, all those negative feelings are brought back up. not sure if that made sense, it’s something I don’t fully know how to explain yet. point is that whatever gets us to stop reliving those moments whether it’s forgiveness or something else is very important to one’s happiness then. nice post:)
