Daily Intention – Calm, Cool, Collective

Daily Intention – Calm, Cool, Collective

Choose an intention for the day.  Choose to be calm, cool and collective all day.

When I start my day calmly with  cool head then the rest of my day will be calm and cool. Even if the day is crazy, I will still be calm and cool.

Make good routines in your life, for example

  1. get to bed early
  2. get your clothes, breakfast and lunch ready for the next day
  3. take 15 minutes in the evening to tidy up the house
  4. take 10 minutes clean the kitchen at night
  5. Keep your mind and house decluttered.
  6. Meditate or make yourself the calm before you sleep
  7. Wake up earlier by 15 minutes then you normally do.
  8. Meditate in the morning
  9. Practice affirmations in the morning – even regularly through the day
  10. Practice gratitude daily
  11. Eat breakfast calmly
  12. Set your intention to be calm, cool and collective no matter what your day is like.  You will experience calmness through out  your day.

The way you start your day will impact the rest of your day. Start calm and your day will be calm, even if the day gets bit stressed you will be able to calm yourself down again.    We all need to develop tools to be calm, to stay calm, and to make ourselves calm when a storm appears, or during the storm or after the storm.

Thoughts, feelings, words and action are all our creation. If I want to be calm it is my choice.  If I want to be angry it is my choice.

What is your choice ?

    1. Hi Otto, Yes not always easy to perform especially in winter. I have noticed for myself, when I put a determined thought into practice and repeat it, it becomes a habit. Once a habit it formed there is a stronger change of success. I really do feel for myself it all about habits I create and practice and repetition is the key to be being successful in setting up good habits. We make ourselves success or not, it is a matter of thought and action or no action. Thing is with me sometimes i give in and when i give in then well… but if i keep myself focused then it is all good.

Thanks for reading, commenting always nice to get every ones comments and thoughts. Speak soon. Bella

  1. Hey Gloria, Long time no speak, I have been a bit rubbish since I started part time work, I think I have seriously aged in two years. I am only doing 3 days a week, and they aren’t even together – but oh my – I get solidly tired.

I hope you are well. I haven’t had to read everyones blogs – sorry for that.

I think everything in life is a habit and the more we try the better we get. I think it is hard when you are with someone who is not calm, but I have definitely noticed , that my ability to remain calm has grown even if the other is not. I can is a notable change in me, and therefore I believe practice make habits therefore it is achievable. I started is job in such a mad rush, i had only 5 days for a hand over, i haven’t worked for two years, and man !! Well, it took me a few day to recover from the rush to get me in, I feel a bit settled now, but i realise in those 5 day of rabbit in head lights feeling, I realised in my – ahhh feeling of trying to learn as much as i can, i realised i have to trust me and my skill, and i learnt some people have away of playing on your nervousness – but if you stay calm and step back and keep the divine with you then clarity make you stay calm – does that make sense.

Speak soon. hope you are well. hopefully soon i might get to a better blogging schedule. regards Bella
