Affirmations do work and even I try my level best but sometimes don’t do them. Louis Hay is absolutely on affirmation and what a lady you must read her books or see her videos.

Yes i am aware of Louisa Hay..i do own a book paper back and one on kindle. Yes positivity is a healer of physical illness

I have to remember to keep going with affirmations. I start them off all the time but often stop doing them after a while. Great post and great idea and thank you for the invite on fb. I received the email letting me know, I just haven’t been on facebook the last week or so – just didn’t want you to think I was ignoring you. It’s a great idea and will visit the group as soon as I go to fb :).

NP: I have love dislike relationship with FB. So dont worry. The FB group may most likely get closed, I had an idea to create it and not sure if I can sustain it.
Affirmations – where would i be … if i didn’t do certain things regularly, like my meditation, spiritual reading, take a point to practice on and become better .. i even have to write them at work – affirmations cause sometimes i just need to , and also traffic control – one min meditation or a bit longer. Glad I could help you get back on the wagon of affirmations

Don’t give up. You don’t have to always be there for agroup to run. most importantly is just to approve people, you can always let people just get on with posting their own things too. That’s what groups are for. It can be a casual group without constant updates or one with updates all the time. I’ts up to you how to run it so give it a good go and don’t give upbefore really trying it out :). I’m getting there thank you. Hope you are well, hugs back 🙂 ❤
