BLOGMAS – Meditation Going Beyond Hurt/Pain

Dear Friends,

My blog is all about thoughts and how they make us happy or sad.   For me, I can not express how much meditation is a massive part of managing my thoughts and my peace.

My gift to you all this Christmas is to share these meditations with you to practice and see your life change and become calm. We  have all been hurt and gone through pain, and we all know how important it is not to hold onto that pain.

I share two here today.  Please listen to both.

I add another meditation it is longer and may allow you to have a great experience.

    1. Hi Thank you, so very glad that you found this useful. I just wanted share more meditation into the run up to Christmas. Christmas is a great time of year, but it can be quite emotionally time, and I just feel the best gift I can share to all xmas – thanks again , regards Bella

  1. Thank you for sharing those, it was the perfect ending to a hectic week and a great start for the weekend!! I listen to meditations every night when I go to bed, I love the peace and calm it brings! Peace and harmony to you!! 🙂

        1. Repeat everyday and you will feel so better. I have shared another meditation commentary as post as part of blogmas..and have a page on meditations and i put the links to just a minute which are short min meditations. So there is lot on my blog to assist on the journey of meditation..so happy both helped you

  2. Ahhh mediation, great topic choice. ❤️️ I did the first one already and those were the best 3 minutes of my day! (Will do the other before bed). I have a question as I keep saying I’m do it everyday, but don’t always, how often do you mediate, & what are the best times you mediate ? Also, are there different forms of meditation? I ask that because I always thought mediation was sitting in quite, and breathing in and out. However I have a hard time doing that, and find meditations that talk to me I can focus better.

Hi Monica.. there are many types of meditation.. but main thing is visualisation… i think i will write a blog post on this …or when i am on my laptop answer properly.. i meditate everyday as often as i can. Sometimes our mind just cant become quite thats why meditation commentaries really help. Btw the mind can never be quiet… i think i will write a blog post on this ..i think it will be sundays.. i will let you know.. yours questions are deep and need a proper answer..currently i am on my smart phone.. speak soon
