I would post again about Journaling.   I think  there is so much power in journaling and I can say for me it is a life changer and it is the one thing that helps me get myself out of a muddle.  

I love the art of taking pen to paper writing it all out  and then letting go.   I wrote a post on ‘The Power of Journaling’ in my early days of blogging, my method of Journaling is a tiny bit unique -read my post it might inspire.

I also share 3 videos on Journaling – two of which are Robin Sharma.    I listen to them regularly to get me back on track.   I love them all – I hope you listen to them.  I pasted them from YouTube in the order they inspire me.

    I journal almost everyday or at least once a week when super busy. I believe joirnaling allows you to fix yourself. This the second post on journaling i have written, the first one is linked in this post. I hope you enjoy this reblog.

  2. Love your method of journaling and your style. I’m going to used that. I’m at a point we’re my journaling are stacking up and I won’t let go, but I like the fact that you say the shredding is like letting go. So will do that, thank-you for sharing! I found this very helpful Bella 😊

    1. Btw i am trying morning pages in jan as well as meditation to make my foundation stronger. Also with journalling i keep a tiny summary of important events in a tiny diary to go back on. I am glad you like my mad style..lol..
