Dadi Janki is 101 and has been studying Raja yoga meditation taught by the Brahma Kumaris since she was 18 years old. If you see her personally – you can understand the magic of meditation – THE MAGIC!

I have been meditating for a good few years, and magic happens it truly does. You become calmer and wiser. Honestly, you do, and you realise so much about your self – read my blog post ‘Meditation and Me’ to find out more. Additionally, daily positive thinking coupled with mindfulness in everyday life, understanding our thoughts make us happy or sad. So if I make something a big deal when really it isn’t , it is I who makes me sad! When you sit in silence your create space to listen to yourself and understand yourself. Then, you can improve yourself your inner self. I also journal along side my daily meditation, it has helped no end through some extremely tough phases in my life, and it continues to help me become a better version of me.
