Affirmations -The Mirror of My Mind

Affirmations are away of making our mind stronger. They are away to visualize and manifest  health, wealth, and happiness in our life.     When  we write an affirmation and repeat it a several times, magic starts to happen.

To repeat something  is to create a habit. When we think positively we create a good energy in our lives and our body. We can influence the outcome of situations by positive affirmations.

I wrote a post on affirmations click here to read .

I would like to share this affirmation by Louise  Hays .  Louise cured herself from Cancer through various methods one of which was affirmations and meditation.

The way we think really impact our lives.  Much more than we realise.  If my thoughts are positive and kind, then body mirrors my thinking!  We can change a lot by changing our thinking.

  1. Bella thanks for this wonderful and inspiring post and I too am a great fan of Louis Hay, keep on reading her books and have few affirmations that I too keep on doing and her mirror work is amazing. I really love this woman and what a journey and how she has cured people all the world. Loved your post.

    1. So perfect .. going forward i want to share more affirmations on my blog. I had a start at vision board -never done one before. I feel like i am hesitating to do one and the reason is will i look at it everyday and is it going to create clutter. Lets see how far i get.

      1. I know what you mean. I must admit I’m looking at mine and thinking “will my thoughts change tomorrow” and “will these affirmations change” but I’m going with it anyway. Can’t be a bad thing.
