We rush and rush. Doing and doing.

Craving Peace But Never Stopping To Be Silent.  Then we wonder why am I peaceless.

We approach the weekend, find some time to slow down,stop and meditate with this meditation below, over the next few days.  Have an emotional Detox ,  Heal and find peace.  The well of peace inside you and from the Divine.
