After Night there is Day.
After Winter there is Spring
After a Storm there is Calm
There is always light at the end of the Tunnel.
Have faith that this will pass.
Have faith in your capacity and your ability.
Have faith in the higher power.
You are stronger than you may feel at this time.
Remember!
Yesterday is the past, it is gone, therefore, say good bye. Learn that which you need to learn and grow. Dump the rest or better still burn the rest (figuratively speaking) and become free from the past.
Tomorrow is the future. FOR which I can’t worry about today, for I do not know, how it will unfold.
Today is the PRESENT. A Gift! Am I using today wisely? Do learn from yesterday and grow? Do burn that which hurts me so? Do I understand that only action will make a stronger brighter future, not worry, doubt or fear? Do I understand that fear paralyses me, and that laziness creates stress and turmoil?
Learn to live for today and be completely present in this second. Enjoy the air, the atmosphere. Do what you need to do to reach your goals. Don’t get paralysed by fear, worry, doubt, laziness, or get stuck in the past pain. Because if you get paralysed and stuck, you have lost the GIFT of THE PRESENT, the GIFT of living. You become a zombie- stuck!
So remember!
After Night there is Day.
After Winter there is Spring
After a Storm there is Calm
There is always light at the end of the Tunnel.
Have faith that, this will pass.
Have faith in your capacity and your ability.
Have faith in the higher power.
You are stronger than you may feel at this time.
A man is but the product of his thought. What he thinks, he becomes.” – Mohandas Gandhi.
