A rich collection of quotes and wise sayings I’d say and I like them all. However, Alan Watts quote stands out for me. Resisting change is like resisting food. It’s a way of life and we must desire it in every aspect of our lives. And truly when it comes, the only way to enjoy it, is to plunge ourselves into it especially if it is a good change. When I relocated to Europe, my life totally changed. I had no choice than to begin to integrate into the new society and embrace the new culture. Change will always happen. 🙂
