    • Aww wonderful , so happy for you. Are you able to meditate a couple of times a week? I have managed to schedule upto 16th may. I think i might be able to find more and take this tuesday meditation upto end of May 2017. Or may be 1st week of june. Are u finding it use if i share weekly , meaning does it help you to meditate? I guess i am asking if i stop at end of May have u got enuf to keep on meditating or ? Would love to hear your thoughts.

      • Every time you post a new one I get a bit excited as I do like to try different ones but it’s entirely up to you Bella. I’m happy also going back and repeating ones I’ve done before, they’re all equally of benefit to me. I am trying to meditate at least twice a week, sometimes more. I know daily would be ideal but somehow those good intentions often don’t eventuate. But, like you said, anything is better than nothing. Thanks again. xo

      • Hi Miriam, thanks for the feedback very useful. I am quite particular to share something that has been created by the Brahma Kumaris on my blog. There is a lot available on youtube, but not everything is in English. I will let my subconscious mind think on this and see if I can make this a regular thing, but I might have to change it up a bit, i.e. not always meditation but some discussions that related to inner work and peaceful concentration, and life as well as meditation. I might end up repeating meditations over the course of time, but I think that might be okay ? and I might give a gap of a week with no post. But, keep it a Tuesday slot of Mediation commentaries /thoughts/inner work/ charging the inner battery. Anyway, really appreciate your feedback, it helps me figure out what I should do. For now I am going to let my subconscious mind think on it, as I need that kind of inspiration.

        I am so glad you are enjoying it, and that you get excited every Tuesday – that really is great- really. So, If I were to mix the meditation commentaries with inner work talks , I think that will still be useful. let see.

  2. Thanks for the trigger. I practice meditation.. But somehow couldn’t proceed..once paused, it take a long to go back to my routine with meditation.. Now let me see, if I can continue
