As someone who suffers depression problems and relapsed not long ago I can agree that meditation is a key to stopping the intrusive destructive thoughts that can occur with mental health problems. It’s a lovely meditation. Sorry I don’t check in every time you post, I have more time on certain days though and kind of binge on your posts lol. This is one meditation that I need to listen to again <3.
