Dear Friends,
For those who are landing on this post for the first time, I will be sharing a meditation commentary every Tuesday for you to practise daily at least once a day or twice if you can find the time, for the entire week.
You can always revisit the old post, just use the search box on my blog and you should find all meditations shared.
All the meditation I share as part of this Tuesday series, have been created by students studying Raja Yoga Meditation taught by the Brahma Kumaris.
I hope you are able to practise this the whole week , once a day.
Thank you for popping by. Please like , comment or subcribe or share.

Yes. Meditating is a great tool to relax the mind. I do that sometimes in the morning before I start my day. But, I will definitely give it a try as I wake up in the morning. I know for a fact that it will be great.
