Meditation Week June 2017 13th to 16th


Hi Friends,  A quick update,  I am sharing a meditation commentary this week from today (Tuesday 13.6.17) to Friday.

I hope you are able to at least practise once a day, or better still twice a day.  In the morning before you go to work, or start your day, and  in the evening before you go to bed.

On my blog if you search for Meditation you will find may videos, post and even a page.  All the meditation I share are created students of Raja Yoga Meditation taught by the Brahma Kumaris, freely Globally.

My wish for  all,  is to find peace, healing,  strenght, silence, contentment and a deeper meaning to life.  To find the sweetness of your true self and the freedom to be you.

I hope you are able to enjoy  all the meditation shared.
