Meditation Commentary #15, 2017 Forgiveness

Every Tuesday I share a Meditation Commentary or a discussion piece that allows us to work on our inner self and become the best person we can be.

This meditation on Forgiveness is beautiful, it makes us aware of I the soul, our story, our journey, our pain and why we find it hard to forgive.    We all know forgiving is necessary, and that forgiving is about us so we can live peacefully.  We all have a story and the story of all is surprisingly similar to each other.

We are all Spirit/Souls.  The Soul am a point of immortal light.  I am filled with Peace, Joy, Light, Purity, Love, and Wisdom.

I hope you enjoy this meditation, and it allows you to see resentment in a new light.  This meditaion was created by students of Raja Yoga Meditation.

  1. Oh Bella, thank you so much. It takes a lot of courage to open to forgive & to share about it. What a beautiful gesture …. our hearts are the center of our loving and yours is so evident beautifully in this post. I just was reading a beautiful quote by J-R (the spiritual mentor I study with):
“When we stop using the intellect of the mind and come to the wisdom of the heart, we access the door to Divinity, because out of that heart comes the compassion and forgiveness.”

Thank you again for this great post. I am honored to share it for Forgiving Fridays, yay!! 🙂 Big smiles to you. Much joy. Debbie

          1. I went to HQ in the ninetees when we lived in Willesden Green and attended some of the courses. I was very interested in the approach to teaching confidence and self-esteem as I was doing voluntary work in prisons then, working with inmates who were prone to self-harm. We may even have met and smiled at each other ;o) xxx
