Not tainted by the hurt that came in the past (years ago or just a second ago).Fly free from the pain and be inspired to live in style.
Or forever remain stuck in the prison of your pain,
Never to experience the sunshine on your face
Just waiting to die!Stop wasting your life, living in past pain.
Stop being a free bird trapped in the cage of your painful thoughts.Forgive and move on.

Beautiful, Bella and so powerful poem on Forgiveness and loved the quote of Nelson Mandella or we would all the time stay in our Prisons of resentments and past if we do not know how to forgive each and everyone. Thanks for the lovely share.

Oh Bella, I am so moved. I had to read this poem twice. Your strength and commitment to forgive and get free are evident and full of your authentic voice!! I really hear it. And I LOVE the image and what you wrote in it at the end. That is like icing on the cake. 🙂

Ummh.. i dint kniw how to do that ping back the day before i dont post on fridays. May be the quotes can be for next week friday ?
I have a new blogging schedule after this saturday i will only do quotes every 3rd saturday. I need some space to learn how to teach the raja yoga meditation course.
