As I always say what we think about makes us happy or sad. I add to this, what we think about also makes us, either determined or lazy , courageous or fearful. What we think and feel, creates our behaviours and our habits. We are what we think, feel, and we are our habits.
It isn’t by magic that thoughts , feelings, and habits just appear. We created them, . Therefore, we are the owners of OUR happiness or saddness. Now, you say to me, if someone is mean to me, then it is their fault. Yes, it would seem that way. But, do I have to accept their mean-ness or do I throw it in the bin and keep my inner peace? Can you see the difference, we have a choice to break our bad habit of taking pain and making it our life.

Words are just words, but when we apply them and makes changes to our life, then magic happens, and peace and happiness are found and never lost.
