courage

Courage is not reserved for the big situation in life. Courage can be needed for the smallest of tasks as well, for example just getting out of bed.

Courage is needed to pick ourselves up from a mistake, to learn and grow from that.

Courage is going through a difficult situation time and time again and improving.

Courage is keeping calm and collective, keeping my inner peace in the face of a fear, a worry or a difficult situation.

Courage is understanding we are unique and it is futile to compare myself with another because we are all unique.

Courage is understanding and accepting this is who I am and this what I am. I might admire qualities of another and may think I need to bring them in my life. But, courage is being me and shining as me.

Courage is comparing and bettering myself against myself. That is, today’s me must be better than the, me of yesterday. I must constantly improving myself. I accept myself, I know what I need to change. I know to get past my fears and worries, I must face my fear, do the work, walk into that fear. The more work I do, the less that fear/worry will hold me back.

Courage is understanding my laziness and procrastination is a hidden sign that I am not living or stepping into a fear or worry. Courage is understanding and believing that “I CAN DO THIS”.

Courage is accepting life is hard, but that is because life wants me to be the best version of myself.

My courage is my climbing “My Mt. Everest” and knowing my Mt. Everest cannot be the same as another.

Wisdom is not comparing to others and only comparing to myself.

Through actions, stepping into my fear, and baby steps forward, I become courageous.
I know that I need to practise courage every day, and from this, I will succeed.
I have enough wisdom to know that if I feel like a failure or made a mistake, it is not a failure or mistake if I try again and try to improve.

I know my laziness is what makes me fail. I know I CAN DO THIS. I am my own motivator. I am enthusiastic in changing myself and stepping into my fear.
I practise affirmations to help be courageous, I know the law of attraction will help me win the battle and I will become my best self.

I am courageous in my unique way and that is fine. I am good, kind and honest. My acts are fair to myself and others. I am good. I can do this. I will do this.

I also understand that sometimes it takes courage just to walk away.

That sometimes after trying with a situation we need to physically and/or emotionally give it some distance, so we can heal.

Then, we can face that situation again.

Courage is your own personal bravery that you work on each day.

Be your best friend and be courageous. Or be your worst enemy and fall into laziness and procrastination because it is too hard to try. What will it be? Will you be your best friend and keep on trying?

Baby steps, small wins, and pats on the back to yourself acknowledge mistakes and learn and pick yourself up again when you fall. Knowing always you will get there because you are making every effort, so you have to get there, there is no choice the law of attraction will help you.

Courage is being true to yourself living a life not restricted by your fears. Always improving and learning and only comparing you to you.
