Meditation Commentary – A New Habit

Welcome to the weekly Meditation Commentary section of my blog.

Our daily habits, ways, manners,  lead to our daily feelings and thoughts, some good some not so helpful.   We can have a good day and then when we get home, it all feels hopeless and painful, or vice a versa.  The point I want to simply make is, when I instil in my life a daily ritual, practices,  that recentre me before I go to sleep then my next day will be good, my sleep will be, and the pain I feel will be released.   Meditation is an empowering tool, an releasing and centring tool.  If you can do it 3 times a day like they way you eat Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner   it will make great difference in your life.  Or at least at night.   I share what I have practise and what I gain benefit from, for I know it works and I wish for you a happy and peaceful life.   The trick is to meditate daily regardless of how tired you feel, because it  is that very moment of tiredness and pain that you need to carry on.  If you slip one day, you will slip another, and life will feel impossible, simply because you are not doing what Your SOUL needs.  I hope this makes sense.
