The wisdom to live my life by my standard and not be imposed on by fitting into this material world.

To Days Exercise at Self Mastery

Starting  Meditation

Peaceful Transitions-   From Release your wings channel on Youtube


Take a pen and paper and write these affirmation out 7 times likes lines, and if possible do thid 3 times in the day.

I am a Peaceful, Powerful, and Pure Soul. I am Courageous, Calm, Confident and Content.  I am Strong.  I am Cool, Calm and  Still.  I am Happy.  I am Whole and Heathly.  I am courageous to face all situations. I can do this.  


List 3 things you are grateful.

An Exercise in Letting Go.

Whatever situation is currently disturbing you – let it go today.

Visualise that person or situation, see yourself centred in peace and shine The Divines light on You and them.  You may wish to replace the word you with the names of persons /situation.

Either take a pen and paper and write out or say out loud  – 7 times. 

We are all unique and have the right to be ourself.  I let go of all the pain, I wish you well, I am free from this.  I wish you clarity, peace, wisdom and understanding. I let go of you and all the pain associated. I let go , I let go, I let go of it.  I am free of it all.

Positive Energy To the body.

Visualise white light from the Divine, God or the universe, shining on your body .   Going up and down healing that which needs to be healed.  DO this for 2 minutes.

Even if you are healthy then do this exercise.

Additionally, if members of family and friends are not well, you can do this for them too.  Again for 2 minutes.

        1. oh Alyssa, I don’t judge anyone and I can’t say who is a typical American cause i have no clue. Anyways we are all unique and that what makes it a great world, if we where the same… who know what it would be like. As for that president, well less said the better.

          Often in history players come into power to shake the world up. Sometimes the shake up is not positive, just look at the history of the world wars, and even current history. but, as i said before, focus on sending our beautiful vibes to the world to counter act the not so great ones. that is a great charitable act and it is good mark in the account of positive karma.
