The art of strenghting your intuition.
The Art of living a true , honest and clean life. Where no rubbish, or waste enters me, allowing me to see and hear the truth that is floating in the air. Allowing me to stay away from danager, to know when to be diplomatic and when to be quiet and conserve engery.
The are of letting go that which is not useful to me.
To Days Exercise at Self Mastery
When we live a truthfully and honest life. When we are selfless, and we practise meditation and honesty, then our intuition will guide us.

Take a pen and paper and write these affirmation out 7 times likes lines, and if possible do thid 3 times in the day.
I am a Soul, Not this Body. I am a Divine Being. I am honest. I am Peace. I am Calm. I am a good decision maker. I am wise. I am good. I am a Soul. I am Divine. I am Good.
I am grateful, for my life, for my education, for the roof over my head, for the computer that allows me to hear these meditations. I grateful that I can read and understand. I am grateful to myself for taking the time to change my life. I am grateful to myself for being me and wanting to become better. I am grateful to myself for making time to do these exercise to improve my life.
An Exercise in Letting Go.
Positive Energy To the body.
- Visualise white light from the Divine, God or the universe, shining on your body . Going up and down healing that which needs to be healed. DO this for 2 minutes.
- Even if you are healthy then do this exercise.
- Additionally, if members of family and friends are not well, you can do this for them too. Again for 2 minutes.
