To Master myself, I need to know who I am!
I the Soul, am an immortal tiny point of light that sits in the forehead of this body. I am the driver of this body, this body is my car, but I am the being that drives the body, I am not this body, I am a point of immortal light. My original qualites are Peace, Love, Wisdom, Joy and Purity.
Daily Exercise to Develop the Habit Of Self Mastery
Starting Meditation
Luminous Light Meditiaton- From Release your wings channel on Youtube
Affirmation
Take a pen and paper and write these affirmation out 7 times likes lines, and if possible do thid 3 times in the day.
I am a happy, calm and confident Soul. I am peaceful and content. I am confident. I am liked by all. All my relationships are positive. I am heathly. I have the courage to face all situations. I can do this.
Gratitude
List 3 things you are grateful.
An Exercise in Letting Go.
Whatever situation is currently disturbing you – let it go today.
Visualise that person or situation, see yourself centred in peace and shine The Divines light on You and them.
Either take a pen and paper and write out or say out loud – 7 times.
I let go of you, I let go of all that hurts, I am free from it all, I wish you peace and happiness. I let go of this pain, I am free from this. I am happy and peaceful. I wish you clarity and peace.
Positive Energy To the body.
Visualise white light from the Divine, God or the universe, shining on your body . Going up and down healing that which needs to be healed.
Even if you are healthy then do this exercise.
Additionally, if members of family and friends are not well, you can do this for them too.
Ending Meditation
Take a piece of paper and write a few lines on your experience to help cement your feelings.
