Variety is the spice of life. Even when creating habits we need to switch it up, to keep the newness of creating a habit energised.
Therefore, in todays post I share 2 meditations. When we just go into silence, into reflection, step back from the world and connect as I the Soul with the Divine, then a very powerful healing occurs, one that changes us for the better.
When I set my mind to achieve something, I achieve it. Half the battle is won, when I recognise I need to change. Self Mastery is knowning that I must keep learning and changing for as long as I live, then I will always be happy because each second of life was used wisely.
