Self Mastery

The art of Understanding I am A Soul not a body.  I am the beloved child of the Divine. I am more than this body.I am spirit.  I am light.  I am immortal. I am the being that makes this body alive.  I am peace, love, wisdom, joy and Purity.  This is who I am and when I am myself then I have found the truth and peace.

Today’s Exercise.

I want to share a talk.  Which will then be followed by affirmations, gratitude, letting go,healing the body exercise and ending with a meditation.  I hope you enjoy.  I thought I would do something different as it is Sunday and hopefully we all have a bit more time.

Starting Talk.

From  Youtube Sister Jayanti .  It is a wonderful talk, it will make you stop and think, about how you see relationships and yourself.


Take a pen and paper and write these affirmation out 7 times likes lines, and if possible do thid 3 times in the day.

I am a peaceful, calm and confident Soul. I am tolerant and humble.  I am unique and good.  Everyone in my life is cooperative and caring with me.  I am a immortal Soul.  I am peace, love, joy, wisdom and pure.  I am loving and detached. I am whole and loving. I am heathly.  I have the courage to face all situations. I can do this.


List 3 things you are grateful.

For example

I am grateful for a weekend, for rest, for time to Rejuvenate.

An Exercise in Letting Go.

Whatever situation is currently disturbing you – let it go today.

Visualise that person or situation, see yourself centred in peace and shine The Divines light on You and them.

Either take a pen and paper and write out or say out loud  – 7 times. 

I am free from it all,  I wish you peace and happiness.  There is harmony between us.  I let go of this pain, I am free from this. I am happy and peaceful. I wish you clarity and peace.

Positive Energy To the body.

Visualise white light from the Divine, God or the universe, shining on your body .   Going up and down healing that which needs to be healed. FOR 2 MINS

Even if you are healthy then do this exercise.

Additionally, if members of family and friends are not well, you can do this for them too. FOR 2 MINS

Ending Meditation

Finally,  if you have a journal , if not take a piece of paper and write a few lines on how you are feeling after this little session. This is for you.
