Self Mastery

The Art of valuing and making the most of everyday.  We struggle with Monday,.  But, we must realise it is an offical day of our life, and not to be wasted.  Out of the 52 Mondays in a year, how many have valued ?  How many have been lost?  How many days in your life time have you lost like this.

VALUE MONDAY – it is a day – 24 hours of your life to master your self and. Become whole.

To Days Exercise at Self Mastery

When we ‘start’ and ”end each day with this entire daily exercises of self mastery, we create within ourselves and very strong and sturdy habit.    

Starting  Meditation

Take a pen and paper and write these affirmation out 7 times likes lines, and if possible do thid 3 times in the day.

I am a full of energy and life.  I love Mondays.  I am strong, calm and collected.  I am confident.   I am a peaceful and powerful Soul.  I am good.  I can do this.  I am fearless.


List 3 things you are grateful.

An Exercise in Letting Go.

Whatever situation is currently disturbing you – let it go today.

Visualise that person or situation, see yourself centred in peace and shine The Divines light on You and them.  You may wish to replace the word you with the names of persons /situation.

Either take a pen and paper and write out or say out loud  – 7 times. 

  I let go , I let go, I let go of it.  I am free of it all. I am wiser from this experience and I let it all go.  I wish you wisdom and a good heart to awaken and realise.  But,  I let go of all the years of pain.

Positive Energy To the body.

Visualise white light from the Divine, God or the universe, shining on your body .   Going up and down healing that which needs to be healed.  DO this for 2 minutes.

Even if you are healthy then do this exercise.

Additionally, if members of family and friends are not well, you can do this for them too.  Again for 2 minutes.
