Creating habits or achieving goals can be a long hard struggle of routine and discpline, even when we enjoy it and we find it rewarding.
So I hope you are still enjoying the daily self mastery posts and are able to participate daily and that you are finding benefit in them.
They say it takes 21 days to create a habit, we are almost at 21 days -how are you feeling? As you know I will be doing this to the end of June. I personally know for me that it takes me longer than 21 days to create a profound habit , generally it takes me 3 months plus. I will be continuing this privately all the way until I feel it is an automatic daily routine, that is my personal aim. But, interms of this blog, it was to spark in you a flame and a change that would help you in your self mastery journey.
So take a moment and pat yourself on the back and say to yourself well done for getting this far and say to yourself I can easily get to the end of June 2018.

For me it is achieving what I wanted it too achieve. It is helping me to unblock some blocks and find a greater level of peace and harmony in myself. It is helping me to focus more and not get side tracked.
