To Days Exercise at Self Mastery
When we live a truthfully and honest life. When we are selfless, and we practise meditation and honesty, then our intuition will guide us.
Starting Meditation

Affirmation
Take a pen and paper and write these affirmation out 7 times likes lines, and if possible do thid 3 times in the day.
I am a powerful strong Soul. I am Strong. I am capable. I am Good. I can do this. I am full of confidence. I am good.
Gratitude
Write 3 things to be grateful for.
An Exercise in Letting Go.
Whatever situation is currently disturbing you – let it go today.
Visualise that person or situation, see yourself centred in peace and shine The Divines light on You and them. You may wish to replace the word you with the names of persons /situation.
Either take a pen and paper and write out or say out loud – 7 times 3 times a day.
I let go the weakness I feel towards myself, I know I am strong, capable and worthy.
I let go all the pain. I let go of you. I let go off all the pain.
I know I am strong, capable and worthy.
Positive Energy To the body.
- Visualise white light from the Divine, God or the universe, shining on your body . Going up and down healing that which needs to be healed. DO this for 2 minutes.
- Even if you are healthy then do this exercise.
- Additionally, if members of family and friends are not well, you can do this for them too. Again for 2 minutes.

This post is so beautiful, thanks for guiding me here. What is the difference between this self mastery series and the one you are doing now?

The one I am sharing now is not my creation. It is done by the Brahma Kumaris . The Brahma kumaris is where I meditate at and volunteer. What you are getting now is knowledge from masters, who have been practicing raja yoga meditation for longer than me, who are international speakers and seriously masters. If you listen to the 21 days in new consciousness you will see the topics are deep, the speaker truly wise.
The one I did in 2018 was my creation, the only thing that wasnt mine was the meditation. This was what I created for me and the blog to help elevate my self mastery. This post on self mastery I wrote is a one off.
What I am sharing now is really at another level and very deep , and not my creation. If you listen you will see the difference.
Do listen you will really benefit to new consciousness series. I am listening and it is really packed with great tips, tools, knowledge and implement-able steps to transform our life.

I slept much better this night after these meditations. I really like it, it was a direct message to me. I’ll start the new consciousness today. Could you really let go of the guilty and the past doing those series? This week wasn’t easy for me, I went deep down. Thanks again!

Okay. Will do may next week or end june. In the mean time Can you listen to 21 master classes day 3, it might help, as well as day 2, even day 1
Tip. Forgive yourself , say I didnt know better. now I do. I wont repeat the mistake. I forgive myself. And repeat it 7 times three times aday
