Self Mastery

The art of going deep into silence of your Soul.

The Art of forgeting all that I believe to be True today.  The art of knowing I am  Soul, and connecting with God.  We are both points of light, but God never takes birth. God is the only one who can rescue us from all the traps of this world.

When we live a truthfully and honest life.  When we are selfless, and we practise meditation and honesty, then our intuition will guide us.


Starting  Meditation

Affirmation

Take a pen and paper and write these affirmation out 7 times likes lines, and if possible do thid 3 times in the day.

I am a powerful strong Soul.  I am a child of God The Divine.  He loves me as I am for who I am.  He guides me and nourishes me.  He bring me back to my original truth of love, peace, purity, wisdom and Joy.

I am a brave Soul.  I am a Child of the Divine.  I am not this body I am a Soul.  Gods Light shines on me and empowers me.


Gratitude

Write 3 things to be grateful for.


An Exercise in Letting Go.

Whatever situation is currently disturbing you – let it go today.

Visualise that person or situation, see yourself centred in peace and shine The Divines light on You and them.  You may wish to replace the word you with the names of persons /situation.  When I use the word I let go , the letting go is off the emotional pain because, we still have to interact with these persons or situations.

Either take a pen and paper and write out or say out loud  – 7 times 3 times a day.

I let go the weakness I feel towards myself, I know I am strong, capable and worthy.   I put God in between you and I and ask that he help melt the pain between us. He is already shining his light on you, I hope that you are able to melt and see, awaken.  I let go of all the pain and wish you harmony and wisdom, and maturity to let go of all the hate you have in you.    I let go of all that you have done and keep doing, I let go and I wish you peace, that one day you realise.   But, I don’t wait for that day, I let go today, I set myself Free of it all, I live each day in peace and harmony unaffected by your drama and your games.  I let you go forever.


Positive Energy To the body.

  • Visualise white light from the Divine, God or the universe, shining on your body .   Going up and down healing that which needs to be healed.  DO this for 2 minutes.
  • Even if you are healthy then do this exercise.
  • Additionally, if members of family and friends are not well, you can do this for them too.  Again for 2 minutes.

    1. I wanted to say thanks again for your warm comment. As you are aware daily self mastery post were for the month of june so last podt is tomorrow, before i return back to my 3 posts a week, and wednesday is the day for meditations, i hope that will be okay ?

      Part of me wants to do daily meditations. But i am not sure…
