Self Mastery
Today is the last day of June and therefore the last day of The Self mastery sessions on my blog.
I am returning to my 3 days a week blogging schedule.
Wednesday – Meditation,
Friday – Quotes,
Sunday a blog post on thoughts or whatever I feel like sharing.
I would like to make clear the videos share are NOT my creation. They are free on you tube. What tgey have in common is that they are created by student/ teachers if Raja yoga meditaion, which the meditation and teaches I follow in my personal life.
So, I hope you have enjoyed this series, and that it has helped to intensify a routine and habit of self mastery within yourself.
A life with routines of self care within it, is a balanced and happy life. Daily routines help save you from the daily struggles in life.
So here is the last post of this series.
I plan to privately carry on this practise for the rest of my life. What about you?
Todays Exercise at Self Mastery
Starting Meditation

Affirmation
Take a pen and paper and write these affirmation out 7 times likes lines, and if possible do this 3 times in the daty
I am safe. I am strong. I am fearless. I am happy. I am capable. Everyone is cooperative with me. I am a peaceful, powerful soul.
Gratitude
Write 3 things to be grateful for.
An Exercise in Letting Go.
Write thes 7 times 3 times a day. Break the negative karmic bondage between you and another. These letting go exercises are geared to situations of deep emotional pain, hurt, rejection… etc..
I free myself from all the pain. I let go of you. I let go of you. I wish you wisdom and maturity. Our interactions are harmonious. I let go of you. I am healed.
Positive Energy To the body.
- Visualise white light from the Divine, God or the universe, shining on your body . Going up and down healing that which needs to be healed. DO this for 2 minutes.
- Even if you are healthy then do this exercise.
- Additionally, if members of family and friends are not well, you can do this for them too. Again for 2 minutes.

This has been a wonderful series Bella. Even though I’ve missed a few of your posts I’ll come back and enjoy them.

I’m going to go back through these for July as June was such a crazy month for me and I couldn’t be consistent with it. Thank you for putting these posts together, you are a beautiful soul 😊
