This week on Instagram I shared this thought.
That is. Sometimes, we have to be blind, deaf and dumb, to all that is around us. Only, then we can maintain our peace. If we keep expending our energy on thoughts, of wasteful matters, and questions of why, what, how could they, and such feelings we become exhausted. We can’t fix it. We can only take care of ourself. By, this I mean meditation. Meditation, fills the battery of the Soul with peace and calm thoughts, then we will remain happy. And our happiness and peace will create peace in the world.

I often wake up so overwhelmed with so many people’s thoughts from all over coming my way – I just need the time to clear and settle from that. Yes, it is so necessary to withdraw all our senses.

Thank you for your lovely comment. I find the more I meditate and having the conscious thought to let go of what pains me instantly helps. And meditating first thing in the morning and last thing at night generally leads to a good sleep and less thoughts about others. And if there is thoughts of others, i write down , I let go of…. and wish them happiness several times for a few days and it helps.
