Finding it good, I have started with transcendental meditation and repeating a mantra twice a day 🙋🏻♀️ I’ve started just with 10 mins in a morning and 10 mins before bed, but I’m really enjoying it. I’ve taken up yoga too. How long have you been meditating for?

I have been meditating for over 20 years. But, that doesnt make me an expert. But i definately feel the benefits.
