really enjoyed this one too! are the meditations that you post on a specific YouTube channel? Thank you.
Yes, they are from a specific youtube channel, I give credit to that channel on each blog post that I share a meditation. The channel is called Release your wings. Have fun exploring
Oh I have voiced the meditations I shared here. But I have done meditation commentaries. I actually created a podcast of one here on my blog. I need to some more podcasts. Here is the link to my podcast. I am still new to podcasting and this only my 3rd attempt at it. Let me know what you think
I really LOVE your voice and the words you spoke. For me, having a neurological disorder – if the words were slowed down a bit I could grasp them better. I realize that may not be helpful for other people, but you said so many wonderful things that I wanted each word to soak into my being.
Thank you so much for sharing, it was wonderful!
Thank you for the feed back. I am still learning to podcast and to feel comfortable speaking, so I will take your feedback and try to be better the next podcast I do. Thanks bella
they really, really do – they are so much better than others I have listened to and I appreciate that they are shorter and my mind can stay focused. 🙂
Oh that is really great that they work for you, and their length is optimal for you. That is great. I wanted to have meditation be part of my blog as I know from experience the benefits. So it is lively to know they help you. By the way, I made a typo. I meant to say that I Have not voiced the meditation I share here on this blog. I have voiced the podcast I share on this blog and I am new to podcasting. But in private gatherings I have voiced meditations.
I am so happy you feel the benefits of meditation. Our mind is a wild horse of multiple thoughts, and can drive us crazy. One thing I recommend, is use one meditation commentary on repeat for a few days you will see benefits, because it will then become part of your own internal dialogue . Happy meditation
“our mind is a wild horse” – oh my goodness, that is a GREAT way to describe my mind at times and yes, is feels as if I am going crazy if I can’t shut it down.
Thank you so very much for the recommendation of using one for a few days. I will start doing that this morning and using the same one for a week! God bless you for all your help!
