I have been thinking, we really let things hurt us. We let things inside, we let them stew, we let them overcook and then we feel so drained. We really don’t need to take all the pain inside. We need to learn to shut the door on the hurt before we let it inside.
So with that note, here is a quote to ponder on. And may be this post will help you and I put into perspective how much work we need to and what our triggers are that stop us from shutting the door on negative and wasteful thoughts. We have control not to allow them inside to stew and drive us mad.

awesome reminder! thank you.

Beautiful thoughts to practice and I do in my daily life.
However, the body speaks the mind and at times the arrows have entered
and need patient extraction. 😊
