Meditation Commentary – Being Gentle with the Self

Let us be kind and gentle with our-self. We are too hard on our-selves. Practise gentleness with your-self daily and learn to be kind to yourself, then you will grow. As we approach the holiday season, and Christmas, and New Year and thoughts may turn to goals and resolution, make one of them being Kind to yourself, being gentle with yourself, and taking care of your self. Keep learning from life and accept the lessons as a small blessing, a nugget of wisdom to add your treasure store of experiences of life.
