Daily affirmations repeated help you to achieve, motivate you and manifest what it is you want in life. They help with anxiety, the feeling of overwhelm and over thinking. They reset your mind.
They also help you break any negative thinking you have going in your conscious or subconscious mind.
Get into the practise of having positive thoughts and repeating daily is a life changing habit.
Repeat this affirmation 3 times in the morning and at night. Better still write it out 3 times, in the morning and night for the rest of 2019 and see the difference in your life.

Robbie, that is great. Believe me it works, as I have and still use these. I think with lifes up and down affirmations really help to rewire the mind and subconscious mind to think positively. Also practise gratitude in your life,list between 3 to 10 things daily it helps with anxiety. Even if you repeat the gratitude daily it helps. I have a few posts on gratitude search for them. Bella, I honestly believe what you put out to the universe comes back. The mantra you helped me come up with really worked! I was in such a negative headspace. Your helped turned it all around! Yeah!! Excellent. Affirmations work, repeating them daily with one paper packs a great punch and life is sooo much better. I am soooooo sooo sooo happy for you and that affirmations are working for you. You become your own shoulder your own rock to lean on and that is so important, as well as taking strength from the Universe or and God.
