No matter how bad it seems you can do it. You just need to pick yourself up and go for it. Put your foot down on the accelerator, lift those wings and fly. Or as Nike say — Just do it.

Test papers come to show us that we can pass the test, or we have a little more work to do. Don’t melt if you need a bit more work to do. Just put your foot down on the accelerator and throttle up, and fly past those mental blocks and low feelings . Believe in yourself that you can do it and you have pretty much done it. When you set your mind to make it happen it will happen. Conversely, when you feel Oh I can’t then you have lost. But, a simple change of thought to I can, I will , I am and by putting on your Nike Trainer, and Just Doing it – you would have done it! Seriously, you can do it, start one baby step at a time, and before you know it, you have done it!
