Dears Friends. Here is this weeks guided meditation.

Meditation focuses the mind on I the Soul and connection to the Divine Source. Meditation is calming and it helps to clarify life. In my post 16 benefits to meditation I explain in detail, click here to read.

Mindfulness, is about being present in the moment in the action, in the conversation and seeing the beauty of life. These days we are all in hurry, or we are super glued to our phones, so much do that we are no longer present, we no longer see past our needs and wants.

The meditation I share are from youtube, I can’t claim credit for them. I believe meditation, quiet time is essential to a peaceful and happy life
