It is important to take time to STOP. To be Silent. To recharge the battery. You will not forget to charge your mobile phone, will you? Then, recharge yourself with daily meditation. And see the difference. You will become new, more resilient and peaceful. Life may get much tougher for all us with the disruption covid19 is bring. Of course we stay calm and carry on. But, is your mind peaceful?
I encourage you to mediate daily, 3 times a day, build your spiritual, mental and emotional resilience. Don’t be lazy. Don’t say you don’t have time. Change your mind change your life. Look at the holocaust survivors for inspiration!
Meditation makes you sensible. Meditation removes fear. Meditation makes you strong to be helpful to yourself and others.
Restore your inner power with this meditation. When we are stabilised in ourself as I the Soul, we become so strong.
