I post a meditation Commentary from youtube, every day of May.
You and I meditate daily to that commentary.
We comment in the comments section, Day 1 Done etc, and if you want to say how it went you can, or you can write that in your private journal.
Before we begin the challenge, take a notebook / journal and write these questions and your answers to these questions. We can do a check up at the end of Challenge with repeating these questions and see if your answer changes.

- What do I want out if life?
- How Peaceful are you?
- How calm are you?
- What is your relation with God Like?
- Do you respect yourself?
- Do you love yourself?
- What do you want to change about your spiritual life?
- Are you content?
- What is balance in life?
- What is Harmony in life?
- What is discipline in life?
