Dear Friends,

In two weeks time May will become June and the May meditation challenge will be over. I will of course continue to post a meditation weekly rather than daily.

However, I wanted to ask, would you like me to keep posting meditation commentaries throughout June on a daily basis?

I meditate daily to music, silence or commentary. I meditate 3 times a day, I know the benefits. And I am happy to keep sharing daily if this is helpful ?

Life is a habit. Meditation is a good habit like brushing our teeth and having a bath.

      1. 🙂 I do enjoy them…….I prefer the shorter ones as I am still getting use to the whole thing. I think it is helping a little……..and I appreciate your encouragment!

      2. There might be a lot of meditations that repeat. But, that is a good thing as hearing thoughts, again and again, help rewire your thinking to be more chilled, positive, elevated and powerful. If says after June I go to sharing 3 days a week, what days would be your preference? You never know I might continue to do daily. Let me see.
