Dear Friends,

In two weeks time May will become June and the May meditation challenge will be over. I will of course continue to post a meditation weekly rather than daily.

However, I wanted to ask, would you like me to keep posting meditation commentaries throughout June on a daily basis?

I meditate daily to music, silence or commentary. I meditate 3 times a day, I know the benefits. And I am happy to keep sharing daily if this is helpful ?

Life is a habit. Meditation is a good habit like brushing our teeth and having a bath.
