When we influenced by negativity in some way, we are losing who we are. We do not grow. We shrink. We do not find ourself, we lose ourself!.
So how do you find yourself in these cases? Have you given thought to this? What tools do you have to help you to find yourself and let go of these negative influences. Have you even acknowledged that there are negativity influences in your life that are drowning you?.
Acknowledging is the first step.
The second step is to be kind to myself.
The third step is to journal.
The forth step is to let go, forgive and forget.
The fifth step is to meditate, calm down, on a daily basis then you can see clearly and have the courage to change.
Do think about this and journal your answers.

I think at this time of covid-19 it so important we dig deep inside and grow are inner power , peace , resillience.

Self mastery sometimes is so difficult. Iโm good at it, Iโve learned to survive, at least I thought so, but the past knows how to hurt us, how to show up and destroy everything we have built. Iโm trying to keep going on these days, but I really want to hide in the dark.

Have you tried letting go exercises? About two years ago I did self mastery exercise for the month on June on my blog and I did too at home. And oh my did it shift everything .
When things come back, the cone back for two reasons. 1 to see if we can past the test. If we pass the test, then that chapter is closed. Yeah! But if we don’t completely pass it means we have a bit more inner work to do.
I don’t know if this is helpful at all.
I have posts that are called self mastery, lesson will repeat and one about mirror, that might also help.
May be I should write something more tailored?

Thanks for the lovely comment! I know I have many things unsolved in my mind and sometimes they come back. I think I want/need to punish myself for decisions I’ve made in the past. I haven’t tried letting go exercises, where do I find them? In the self mastery exercise you are posting right now?

So back in 2018 in june, I shared daily posts like the one above. All the posts followed this format. And in the middle of the post is a letting go exercise. Basically the letting exercise is to find peace in the situation, let it go and keep positive.
