    1. Oh Elizabeth, I am so so so very happy for you. I know I promised you a letting go exercise post. I am going to be a bit late with that. My niece is in hospital with a rare tummy illness and no one can visit her. not even her parents. she had to have a food pipe put on friday through her nose. She is only 20. she is so brave. So we have been a bit busy supporting my brother and his family and also we feel a bit upside down. So bare with me please.
