July 2020 Habit Tracker

To change, to improve we have to regularly practise and develop the habit of doing that item.

Habit trackers are a good way of holding yourself accountable to do achieving a goal or goals.

For Example

  • Writing everyday
    • Writing a book, requires daily writing goals
  • Drinking water
  • Meditating
  • Exercising
  • Positive thinking
  • Waking up consistently everyday.
  • Journaling
  • etc

I have created a July 2020 habit tracker for myself, to help me achieve my goals for July 2020.

I will track some habit, and I will track some goals.

I will not beat myself up if I don’t do everything daily, as not all goals are to be done daily. I know I will have off days too.

  1. I’ve been tracking my habits for quite a while, and while they do help with new habits, I’ve found that I don’t need to track my old ones anymore (like meditating and writing) because I do them every day, non-negotiable. I enjoyed this. Thanks for sharing!

    1. Yes, once a new habit has been formed it doesn’t need tracking at all. I will be tracking my writing of first draft as that isn’t a habit. I meditate daily too, but I try to meditate more than once.. one if those times I struggle with so will track that.
