Today was one of those days, with elements of good, bad, frustration, disappointment and then good.

Today’s gratitude list

  • Courage to take the appropriate action immediately.
  • Little things
  • A pharmacist who is on the ball with my mum’s medication
  • Openness to learn, grow and adapt.

  1. Always room to grow and learn, and adaptation is a must!
    Here is my list for today
    – The rain with its sounds and fragrance
    – A piece of dark chocolate I’ve just eaten
    – Ending a long day of work at my kitchen table
    – Having leftovers for supper
    – Few minutes before supper to relax and read wonderful blog posts
