On the 11th July, I wrote about creating the habit of being grateful a-day one and in that I share over 50 things to be grateful for.
Read the post below.
From the 12th July onwards I am going to share my gratitude list for the day. I will continue to do this until end of July.
You are welcome to join in at home in your notebook or in the comments below.
Today was one of those days, with elements of good, bad, frustration, disappointment and then good.
Today’s gratitude list
- Courage to take the appropriate action immediately.
- Little things
- A pharmacist who is on the ball with my mum’s medication
- Openness to learn, grow and adapt.
What are you grateful today?
Grateful for my health, mind, family, family safety and security.
In the past also been grateful to make progress on a few activities I don’t normally get time to do.

Always room to grow and learn, and adaptation is a must!
Here is my list for today
– The rain with its sounds and fragrance
– A piece of dark chocolate I’ve just eaten
– Ending a long day of work at my kitchen table
– Having leftovers for supper
– Few minutes before supper to relax and read wonderful blog posts

That my neurologist’s physician assistant actually took the time to listen to me and take me seriously.
