Quotes on Happiness

Wishing you a wonderful day. Where do you find happiness? What does happiness mean?

To me happiness will always be in the little things in life. Simple things. Family, making loved ones happy, simple clean home, and taking action and achieving things I have been putting off. Simple things.

I do believe happiness is a choice, just like being angry or irritated is a choice.

It is a choice to like or dislike, these choices make us happy or sad.

Are you happy when you make others happy, or are you happy if you deliberately hurt someone?

When we reflect we get to know our thoughts, our feelings, our intentions and motives. Because they can be so incognito, so hidden, so latent in our subconscious that we don’t realise what we are doing, because it is such an automatic response/reaction.

Reflect on your life, change, transform and you will be good and happy. We are inherently good. So don’t go against your original nature.

The happiness of your life depends upon the quality of your thoughts.  – Marcus Aurelius.

The person who seeks all their applause from outside has their happiness in another’s keeping.  – Dale Carnegie

Happiness is not something you postpone for the future; it is something you design for the present – Jim Rohn

  1. Bella, it’s so lovely to reconnect. Happiness is such a good topic! My spiritual teacher John Morton says, “If you want to be happy, do happy things.” 🙂 Let me know how you are––and many blessings to you.
