Yes I have a problem with this. I project onto other people big time.

You are very self aware. Have you been able to figure out your triggers that lead to projection? Eitherway, be kind to yourself and it will be your new positive frame of mind.
I think we can go through seasons of this, where we do or don’t. We all have many layers in our subconscious that need healing.

It’s hard to look at ourselves and find the triggers because we know it’s something we won’t like too much. Being forgiving of both mine and other people’s faults helps.

True on both counts.
I feel that I am able to figure the trigger then I really am more mindful and change us faster. But as you said figuring out triggers can be tough, and better to be forgiving regardless.
