Can I for this coming week be creative?
Can I see in all things negative or upsetting something good? Some learning? Some lesson? Some growth? Some test paper? Can I see benefits in it? Can I keep my peace, my cool?
Do I get irritated and angry quickly? Can I be tolerant and keep my peace? Can I hear them out and keep my peace?
I see something I want to buy, but I don’t need it? Can control myself not to buy it?
Someone cuts me up whilst I drive, walking, or the supermarket? Can I ignore it, let it go and keep my peace?
Can I remain silent? Can I make my troubled mind silent?
Can I creatively turn negative into positive?
Can I keep my peace? Can I be tolerant? Can I be compassionate? Can I be patient? Can I see and not see? Can be good? Can I have good wishes towards those who hate me? Can I?
So this week be creative, turn all things bad into good. By changing your thinking, your automatic response to be positive.
Be creative in your negative responses make the positive. Keep a track in your private journal and see how well you did.
Even a small win is a big win.
